Not every bathroom is created equal, so if you’ve read about our 10K bathroom and asked yourself “hmm, but what if I have more than 3 fixtures or am looking to do my ensuite?” — you’ve come to the right page.
As a quick refresher, our 10K bathroom formula has been structured around the “standard” 3-piece bathroom (toilet, bathtub, sink/vanity). If you’ve got a double sink, a separate shower stall, and a freestanding tub (as is common in ensuites), you’ve got a 5 piece bathroom!
Not to worry, we’ve still got you covered with the same care, quality, and transparency that we stand by with each of our renovations.

Why Doesn’t My Bathroom Quality For The 10K Package?
Because we’ve been doing this for a long time, we know what can realistically be done at an unparalleled level of quality to ensure longevity. This is why we’re confident in providing a 3-year warranty.
Completing 5 piece bathrooms for under 10K is not only tricky, but also requires lowering quality standards – and that’s not what we’re about! Additional fixtures require additional labour and materials to provide you with the high-quality end results we stand behind — this is why we have spent many years perfecting our system.
If you have more than 3 plumbing fixtures or a larger bathroom, we’ve still got you covered – we’ll evaluate your bathroom and, depending on your exact needs and desires, will provide you with an accurate, line-by-line, quote.
How Does it Work?
We are not a cookie-cutter remodeler — instead of bringing a catalogue with a few choices for each item in your bathroom, we have developed a model that combines preferred suppliers with item allowances.
We hold fantastic relationships with a few carefully selected, reputable suppliers that provide our clients with preferred pricing. For each item in your bathroom renovation, we list an “allowance” that fits within your quoted renovation price. We then happily pass our supplier pricing over to you (without any markups) and give you the freedom to browse and choose within each item allowance!
You are in no way obligated to select from our provided supplier list. You are free to choose your own vanities, fixtures, and finishes. We will discuss any possible pricing variations (including over or under-spending on each item allowance) together.
