Our 3-piece starting package is built around a standard bathroom with a toilet, bathtub or shower, and sink/vanity. Ensuites often include more — such as a double vanity, separate shower, freestanding tub, additional plumbing fixtures, or a larger overall footprint.
That simply means the project requires a more customized scope and quote.
You’ll still get the same Mister Bathroom approach: clear pricing, flexible selections, quality workmanship, and a straightforward renovation process from start to finish.

Why Doesn’t My Bathroom Quality For The Basic Package?
Our $11,999 starting package is built around a standard 3-piece bathroom with a straightforward scope.
Ensuites and larger bathrooms are often a little more involved — they may have extra plumbing fixtures, more tile, larger vanities, custom showers, or simply more space to work with. Naturally, that means more labour and materials are needed to complete the renovation properly.
Rather than trying to squeeze a larger project into a standard package or cut corners to make the numbers work, we’ll price your bathroom based on what it actually needs.
Don’t worry — we’ll help you figure it all out. We’ll evaluate your bathroom and provide a clear, line-by-line quote based on your space, selections, and renovation plans, so you know exactly what to expect before moving forward.
And of course, all of our workmanship is backed by a 3-year labour warranty.
How Does it Work?
We are not a cookie-cutter remodeler — instead of handing you a catalogue with only a few choices for each item in your bathroom, we’ve developed a model that combines freedom of choice with item allowances.
For every item included in your renovation, we set an allowance within your quoted price. You can then visit our Markham showroom by appointment to browse our selection of vanities, fixtures, tile, finishes, and accessories and choose what feels right for your space.
And if you fall in love with something elsewhere? That’s completely fine too! You are never obligated to select from our showroom. You’re free to purchase your own items, and we’ll simply review any difference in pricing with you — whether that means spending a little more or a little less than the included allowance.
The goal is to give you plenty of choice without losing the clear pricing and straightforward process that our model is built around.
