Mister Bathroom provides every customer with a 3-year-labour-warranty included on all projects.
10 YEAR OPT-IN WARRANTY
You can opt into an additional 10-year-warranty program that covers any leaks and tile installation issues for an additional $200/year. A once-yearly inspection of the silicone around your shower or bathtub, and replacement (if needed) are included and required as part of the 10-year program.
If the above requirements are not up-kept yearly, your warranty will expire 3 years after the day your project has been completed.
$200 SOUND LIKE A LOT?
The reality is that your silicones MUST be replaced every few years in order to prevent leaks, mould build-up, and damage. This will increase the lifespan of your stunning new bathroom.
A typical service call of this nature costs upwards of $300. As always, we want to be as transparent as possible with you.
