Every Mister Bathroom renovation includes a 3-year labour warranty at no additional cost. If something related to our workmanship comes up during that time, just give us a call. We’ll take a look and work with you to get it sorted out.
10 YEAR OPT-IN WARRANTY
or homeowners who would like a little extra peace of mind, we also offer an optional 10-year warranty program for $200 per year.
The program covers leaks and tile installation issues and includes a yearly inspection of the silicone around your bathtub or shower. If the silicone needs to be replaced, we’ll take care of that as part of the program.
Because regular maintenance is an important part of preventing water damage and keeping your bathroom in great shape, the annual inspection is required in order to maintain the extended warranty. If the program is not kept up yearly, your standard 3-year warranty will remain in place and expire three years after your project is completed.
Why the yearly maintenance?
Silicone naturally wears down over time and will eventually need to be replaced. Keeping it properly maintained helps prevent leaks, mould buildup, and unnecessary water damage — and ultimately helps your new bathroom last longer.
A typical service call for this type of maintenance can cost upwards of $300, so the yearly program is designed to give you ongoing protection and maintenance at a predictable cost.
Please note: Our labour warranty covers our workmanship. Faucets, toilets, and other manufactured products are covered separately by their individual manufacturer warranties.
