1. No more than 3 plumbing fixtures (toilet, bathtub, sink)
2. Plumbing lines/fixtures are not to be moved
3. No additional electrical work required

1. 4 or 5 piece ensuite bathrooms (bidet, separate tub and shower, double sink)

The Details
Our all-inclusive model is designed to make bathroom renovations simpler, clearer, and easier to budget for — without limiting your choices.
We are not a cookie-cutter remodeler. Instead of bringing you a catalogue with only a few choices for each item in your bathroom, we’ve developed a model that combines flexible product selection with item allowances for everything included in your renovation.
You can visit our Markham showroom by appointment to explore available vanities, fixtures, tile, finishes, and accessories, with guidance from our team to help you make selections that work within the allowances included in your estimate.
You’re also completely free to purchase items elsewhere. If your selections come in above or below the included allowance, we simply adjust the project pricing accordingly and review any changes with you before moving forward.

What’s The Catch?
There isn’t one really! We love being transparent with our customers, so here’s a look at the limitations we’ve set to ensure we can provide you with a QUALITY, beautiful bathroom:
- Your bathroom has no more than 3 plumbing fixtures (faucets, toilet, sink)
- Plumbing lines are not to be moved
- No additional electrical work is required
Why Do We Set Limits?
Because we’ve been doing this for a long time, we know what can realistically be completed within our starting price while still meeting the quality standards we expect from every Mister Bathroom renovation.
Our $11,999 starting price is built around a clearly defined scope that allows us to deliver a complete renovation without cutting corners. Every project is backed by our 3-year labour warranty.
When a bathroom falls outside those parameters — whether because of size, additional plumbing fixtures, layout changes, or upgraded features — the scope and pricing simply need to be adjusted accordingly.
Don’t worry — we’ll evaluate your bathroom for you. If your project doesn’t fit within the standard 3-piece package, we can still accommodate larger bathrooms and more customized renovations with pricing based on the actual scope of work.
