We’ve spent a lot of time perfecting our all-inclusive bathroom reno and ensuring it will stand up to both your standards and industry standards. We’re advocates of quality when it comes to service and materials, so we’ve made sure to construct a formula that holds true to everything we believe in.
WHAT QUALIFIES:
1. No more than 3 plumbing fixtures (toilet, bathtub, sink)
2. Plumbing lines/fixtures are not to be moved
3. No additional electrical work required
WHAT DOES NOT QUALIFY:
1. 4 or 5 piece ensuite bathrooms (bidet, separate tub and shower, double sink)
2. Upgrade options
3. New bathroom builds (basement or otherwise)

The Details
We live in unprecedented times where supply chains have been disrupted and where we face ever-changing prices that affect everything from basic supplies to finishing materials and gasoline.
Keeping our all-inclusive model alive in today’s world has been a challenge that we’ve tackled head-on in order to keep exceeding client expectations and wowing them with what we can do without breaking the bank in under one week.
We are not a cookie-cutter remodeler — instead of bringing a catalogue with a few choices for each item in your bathroom, we have developed a model that combines preferred suppliers with item allowances.
We hold fantastic relationships with a few carefully selected, reputable suppliers that provide our clients with preferred pricing. For each item in your bathroom renovation, we list an “allowance” that fits within our model. We then schedule a visit at our showroom together and give you the freedom (with guidance) to browse and choose within each item allowance!
You are in no way obligated to select from our provided showroom supplies. You are free to choose your own vanities, fixtures, and finishes. We will discuss any possible pricing variations (including over or under-spending on each item allowance) together.
What’s The Catch?
There isn’t one really! We love being transparent with our customers, so here’s a look at the limitations we’ve set to ensure we can provide you with a QUALITY, beautiful budget bathroom:
- Your bathroom has no more than 3 plumbing fixtures (faucets, toilet, sink)
- Plumbing lines are not to be moved
- No additional electrical work is required
Why Do We Set Limits?
Because we’ve been doing this for a long time, we know what can realistically be done at an unparalleled level of quality to ensure longevity. This is why we’re confident in providing a 10-year warranty.
Completing bathrooms for under 12K outside these limitations is not only tricky, but also requires lowering quality standards – and that’s not what we’re about!
Don’t worry – we’ll evaluate your bathroom for you. And not to fret, if you have more than 3 plumbing fixtures or a larger bathroom, we’ve still got you covered with additional service and labour-only services, depending on your exact needs, which we’re happy to discuss.
